Been so busy I have not had time to do much of anything but work but I wrote this real quick let me know your thoughts....


Dream Universe

Before the night...
We befall unto ourselves
Leaving trails of amber light
Shimmering upon a sky

Trails of our soul
Imprinting…
Languishing…
Evaporating…
 In a nighttime mist
Washing upon a horizon
Alike prisms of glass
Merging within
Salted brine seas

Minds forgetfulness of
Spiritual connections
Within mother natures path

Temptation calls…

Ashes to ashes…
Dust to dust…
Teetering between a light
Fading to shadows

Resurrecting into solitude…

Fluttering wings of gossamer
Back dropped against
A midnight sun
Silver waters flow with
A Hushed silence l
Upon our air

Ultimate sorrow falls…
Expanding within our lungs
As we breathe out
Clandestine whispers
Of harmonies darkness

Snow white doves
Lay there heads to rest…
As molting Feathers
 Lay upon your hands…
Saturated in blood
Glistening in crimson red

A lingering moment
Frozen in everlasting time
Spinning in vortexes
Within your eyes
Flashing backwards
To whence purity
Once Survived
Lost in a path
To tomorrows divine

Shadows on a wall
Form a face of innocence
Tranquility lies with a grasp

A dawn of mankind follows
As an inner sanctum
Grows farther away
Searching for our inner light
Becoming the enlightened
Misplaced upon a cradle
In a dream universe

the flow takes me to those "nights"
just before the darkness sets in...
Those seconds that trail me to dream slumber,
